Orders are made and dispatched from the Sunshine Coast in QLD Australia. Please make sure your details are correct at checkout, the address and email you provide are used for the dispatch of your order. ‘Ready to Ship’ items will be dispatched within 1-3 days after purchase has been made. ‘Custom Items’ will be sent on completion of your special pieces.
Items are delivered to you using either a courier service (all bunks and highchairs, sometimes crayons and bedding sets) or via Australia Post (crayons and bedding sets) depending on what we view as being the best option at the time. Delivery may take between 2-14 business days, depending on your location and the delivery option. Items are packaged safely using bubble wrap and sent wrapped well to prevent being damaged in transit. If you require Express Postage for smaller items please email email@example.com to arrange before purchasing.
Postage and shipping is out of our control, and once your item has been shipped we can accept no responsibility for loss, damage or delay to your product, however we will always do everything we can to contact the courier/postage service and follow up the package for you as needed. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Little Mackie.
If you are outside of Australia and need a shipping quote prior to ordering, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can send you through an estimate on postage costs. Please note due to the value of our items we only ever ship internationally with a courier and ensure all of our parcels are tracked and insured, which may be costly. The customer is responsible for all custom related fees as required.
